I provide emotional, physical, and educational support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We’ll work together to help you feel empowered and satisfied in your birth experience so that you feel confident and capable as parents.

$900 + mileage and bridge tolls fees for travel that is outside of Alameda County

Prenatal
1-2 visits to discuss birth plans, what to expect in labor, and postpartum preparation
Text and email support throughout
Birth
On-call coverage beginning at 38 weeks until birth
Continuous labor support when and where you choose— whether that is at home, a hospital, or a birthing center
Postpartum
1-2 postpartum visits in your home to check in on feeding and healing
Help with getting whatever services or information you need
Postpartum Services
Offering daytime support. I will support you in your home, helping you find your new rhythm as parents.
